Elastic Intelligence, the developer and marketer of the Connection Cloud, a revolutionary PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) platform, today announced a partnership with Jaspersoft, the intelligence inside apps and business processes, to provide Jaspersoft users with a real-time connection service to access their SaaS application data.
Through the partnership, Jaspersoft clients can use the Connection Cloud to access their data quickly from SaaS applications like Salesforce, Netsuite, Intacct, Zuora, Zendesk and Eloqua for their reporting and analysis purposes, without having to do any engineering or development work.
“Jaspersoft is pleased to partner with Elastic Intelligence to provide our users a means of accessing data that was previously difficult to retrieve due to the varying APIs and query language that exists in the SaaS universe,” said Joseph Rozenfeld, CTO, Jaspersoft. “The Connection Cloud provides a simple, but powerful link to valuable SaaS data that will enrich the business intelligence reporting of our customers.”
For the first time, with Connection Cloud, users are able to pull in disparate sources of SaaS data from where it resides, easily and quickly, on-demand, without the support of their IT staff.
“Business intelligence users want to avoid the time and expense it takes to develop special connectors for each application they want to access in the cloud. The Connection Cloud answers this need by providing the technology that enables them to bypass this roadblock,” said Ajay Singh, CEO, Elastic Intelligence. “We are delighted to be partnering with Jaspersoft to provide the easy connectivity and access Jaspersoft users want for use in BI, reporting and other applications.”
Key benefits of The Connection Cloud for Jaspersoft users include:
- Fast login: To access their SaaS data, a Jaspersoft user simply needs to create an account on the Connection Cloud and connect to the service via the JDBC driver which will be shipped with the JasperReports Server. Within minutes, a Jaspersoft user can start analyzing and reporting on data from these SaaS applications.
- No need to migrate: Data is accessed from where it resides and presented to the user as if it was all in a locally connected database.
- Real time access: Pull in data from SaaS applications such as CRM, ERP and Marketing Automation – all in real time – no more stale data in your BI reports.
